    About Me


    Owner/Broker Tony Abone has been a top-producing realtor in Central New York since 1985. Opening RE/MAX All-Pro Realty in 1993 to better serve the housing needs of the city of Rome and surrounding areas.

    Tony graduated from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York, in 1982, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing.  He received his Real Estate license in 1984 and became a broker in 1986, purchasing a RE/MAX Real Estate franchise, the Number One producing real estate organization in North America in 1993.  The Abone Agency Real Estate  is located at 7763 Turin Road, Rome, New York.

    With over 30 years of experience and $150 million dollars of real estate sales, he has helped over 3,000 customers find the home of their dreams! As a certified residential specialist, he excels at the marketing and sale of a client’s existing home; the purchase of a new home; the marketing and sale of expired homes; and the sale of commercial real estate, as well as residential appraisal service and rental property management.

    All of his professional dedication and hard work has paid off in the form of many designations and awards from RE/MAX International. Tony has been a longtime member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club.  In 1998, Tony was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and in 2010, he was the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Tony has also been honored on the local level by the Mohawk Valley Board of Realtors as a multiple “Oliver Award” winner for excellence in real estate service.
